This course will provide students with the skills to implement automated marketing strategies and campaigns and leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) systems to cultivate personalised customer experiences, lead nurturing, measure campaign effectiveness and drive sustainable business growth. By the end of the course, students will know how to use these tools to make marketing more efficient and build stronger relationships with customers.
